Scores are model estimates, not breach probabilities. This questionnaire does not scan systems or confirm that cryptography is correctly deployed.

How the estimate works

The original Dytallix model assigns points for industry, region, data, cryptography, regulation, and organization size. Scores are limited to 0–100.

Levels: Low 0–29, Medium 30–69, High 70–89, Critical 90–100.

Selecting post-quantum cryptography lowers the model score. This does not confirm protection across your systems. The model does not measure deployment coverage, data retention, or migration time.

The regulatory options identify context. They do not determine compliance. A low score does not establish that a system is safe.

Why assess now

Some information must remain confidential for decades. Migration also takes time.

Data collected today

Harvest now, decrypt later means retaining encrypted data for future decryption. Later upgrades cannot protect copies already taken.

Systems trusted tomorrow

A cryptographically relevant quantum computer could break widely used public-key encryption and digital signatures. Its arrival date is unknown.

Vulnerable keys could expose confidential information or permit forged authorizations.

Check the estimate against your systems

Use the profile to start a discussion. Confirm the cryptography, dependencies, and data lifetimes before you set migration priorities.

Gather evidence
